1. Internal use only
Senorita HR is provided by Diggaj Realty for use by its employees, contractors and authorised administrators. Access is granted on an internal basis and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The platform is not offered to the public or as a commercial service.
2. Your account
Accounts are issued to individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify HR immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for legitimate work purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data or functions you are not authorised to use.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
- Keep the information you enter accurate and up to date.
4. Data you submit
Information you record in the platform, such as attendance, leave, documents and expense claims, is processed for HR and payroll purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use. Diggaj Realty does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates or changes without prior notice.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
