What Senorita HR is
Senorita HR is Diggaj Realty's own HR system. It brings the whole employee lifecycle into one place: hiring and onboarding, attendance and leave, payroll and expenses, documents and policies, and offboarding. It runs on the web for HR and administrators, and as a mobile app for employees.
Why we built it
Running HR across spreadsheets, chats and separate tools meant data was scattered and easy to lose. Senorita HR replaces that with a single source of truth, so attendance flows into payroll, onboarding finishes with a fully set-up employee, and every action leaves a clear record.
Who it is for
It is an internal tool for Diggaj Realty. HR and administrators manage the organisation from the web console; employees use the web and mobile apps for their own day-to-day tasks such as checking in, applying for leave, and downloading payslips.
